Obituary for Barbara Willms Miceli

Barbara Willms Miceli, 75, of Waukegan, formerly of Lake Bluff, died December 29. Barbara was born on July 16, 1942, in Chicago, to John and Florence (Peters) Willms. Barbara is survived by her siblings: Richard, Charles, and Robert. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe, and siblings Johnny and Howie. Private services will be held.
